Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Go9Deals, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, here's how to return or exchange an item.

◼️ 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

◼️ Return Conditions

To qualify for a return/exchange, items must be:

  • In original packaging (unopened and unused)
  • In resalable condition (no stains, damages, or odors)
  • Accompanied by your order number

Note: Pet items with hygiene seals must be unbroken.

◼️ Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Personalized/customized products
  • Clearance sale items (marked "Final Sale")
  • Opened pet food/treats (for safety reasons)

◼️ How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email returns@go9deals.com with:
    - Your order number
    - Product name and reason for return
    - Photos if item is damaged
  2. We'll email you a return authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Ship items to:

◼️ Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs (we recommend using a trackable service).

◼️ Exchanges

For defective/wrong items, we'll cover return shipping. Email us first at support@go9deals.com.
